Every time a customer encounters this kind of customer, I am very speechless, because it is not one or two customers who ask this question.

In their minds, the same things used in hospitals can meet their needs.

I had a similar shopping experience before. I went to the hospital to see a doctor after I got sick. After the doctor prescribed medicine to the patient, I felt that this medicine can only be taken.

Other manufacturers with the same efficacy do not dare to buy it, for fear that it will not work, and will refuse the sales recommendation of the pharmacy.

2. The alarm function of the humidification cup is machine failure.

After some friends bought the machine, the humidification cup alarmed, thinking that it was a machine failure. We passed the troubleshooting method, and later found out that the oxygen inhalation tube was too long or was pressed by a foreign body, which caused the patient to be unable to inhale oxygen.

In fact, in addition to the alarm function, the humidification cup is more important to humidify oxygen and filter impurities.

You must know that the home oxygen generator is a compressor, and the oxygen produced by molecular sieve is relatively dry. If the patient takes oxygen for a long time, some patients will feel dry, which is not good for the bronchi and lungs.

Secondly, there are a total of 3 layers of filtration to convert the air into medical oxygen, and some oxygen generators have 4 layers of filtration. It is not necessarily 100% clean, there may be some micro-particle impurities, and the water in the humidification cup can precipitate the micro-particle impurities.

The above is for long-term oxygen inhalation, but for short-term oxygen inhalation, it doesn't matter whether the cup should be humidified or not.

A customer who purchased a machine belongs to the sub-healthy group. He inhales oxygen for about 1 hour a day. He feels that the flow rate of the oxygen generator is smaller after using the humidification cup, and the oxygen output will be larger after the humidification cup is not used.

Because the 3L flow rate of the home oxygen concentrator is small, the flow rate of oxygen will be attenuated after the oxygen passes through the hose, the humidification cup, the filtered water, and the oxygen suction tube.

The humidification cup is only an accessory in the oxygen generator, and it cannot generate oxygen alone.

The humidification cups provided by many oxygen concentrator manufacturers will not alarm when the oxygen is blocked.

It is recommended to use a humidification cup for long-term oxygen inhalation people, but not for short-term oxygen inhalation people.
